When the Renault Modus was first launched it was a whole new niche offering the same size as conventional hatchbacks, but much better in terms of practicality and space. Now the new 2011 edition of the car has arrived boosting those great features. You can have the car with different engine including a 1.2 liter 75 hp and a 1.6 liter 16valve unit which at 110 hp and 151 Nm is the most powerful of the range. The car is also available in four trims including Authentique, Expression, Dynamique, and Exception.
The car is generously equipped, even in the base model which comes with 15? Faraway wheels, ABS and EBA, front airbags, lateral head/thorax airbags, trip computer and electric front windows. Going up in the list you get climate control, heated electric exterior mirrors, one-touch driver’s side electric window and a 40W radio-CD with steering wheel-mounted fingertip remote control with the Expression model and 15? Taranils wheels, leather-trimmed steering wheel and gear level knob, curtain airbags, rain sensors, automatic climate control, electric rear windows and dedicated cornering lights with the Dynamique.
The Exception which used to be a limited edition now is available for all and offers 6-inch Moal alloy wheels, cruise control with speed limited, anodized satin-finish central fascia details and combined leather/fabric upholstery.
