If the Arash AF-10 supercar is not enough reason for you to visit this year’s MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor Show powered by Shell V-Power featuring Top Gear Live, then maybe the Dutch can convince you with their unique supercar. The Spyker C8 Aileron Spyder is set to make its UK debut at the MPH show, and it’s considered to be one of the main highlights of it.
The new Spyker is a superb vehicle, and while it’s not as fast as say a Ferrari, it’s worth paying a 100 grand more for it becasue it’s one of the world’s most exclusive and exquisite supercars. The Aileron is completely hand made in the UK and features a a 4.2 V8 engine, generating a staggering 400 BHP.
For the privilege of driving an Spyker C8 Aileron, you have to hand over £220,000!
Emblazoned around the chassis reads the emotive latin inscription “Nulla Tenaci Invia Est Via” and as the car is unveiled to the UK in November the message will become clear: “For the tenacious, no road is impassable.”
UK Brand Manager, Tommy Wareham commented: “This epic new vehicle provides everything that Spyker stand for, with unparalleled design partnered with ultra exclusivity. We’re looking forward to premiering the C8 Aileron Spyder to the MPH Show, and are sure the visitors will be as in awe of the car’s overwhelming ability and craftsmanship as we are.”
The Show continues to sidle the UK’s most exciting and expensive creations with the world’s most sought after supercars.
Alongside the Spyker C8 Aileron Spyder at the MPH Show includes the debut of British supercar Arash AF-10, the supercharged UK-tuned Merdad Cayenne plus some of the world’s most iconic motoring names including Aston Martin, Bentley, Caparo, Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Pagani and Porsche.
