The guys at TeamSpeed Forums were invited to the private viewing of the SSC Ultimate Aero II at the Museum of Flight, and they were kind enough to takes a few shots of the car for you and I to drool over! These are the first live images of the Aero II, and my God does it look special. From above it looks like a deadly sea creature, which kinda hints at the viscous character of the car.

After all it’s created to kill The Bugatti Veyron SuperSport!

But for that mission awesome looks were not enough. So it’s been tweaked with super precise aerodynamics, highly advanced materials, and finally a twin-turbo V8 capable of developing 1350 hp, which gives it a projected top speed of 274 mph or 442 km/h. We can’t wait for the official test to see if it can regain the world’s fastest produciton car title or not!
