Pagani C9 To Be Called Huayra?

pagani c9 at Pagani C9 To Be Called Huayra?

We used to know the Pagani model, which replaces Zonda, as the C9. But when the new teaser video emerged from a domain called Deus Venti it sparked the rumor that it might be actually called Pagani Deus Venti. And now there’s a new report, which suggests the new Pagani supercar is called Huayra. We have no idea how you pronounce it!

Apparently Pagani has recently registered this name as trademark. The word Huayra is new to us but some say it is the name of a wind, much like Scirocco that VW uses, and it roots back to an ancient South American language.

Apart from those names, we also know some other facts about the new Pagani including its engine which is bespoke V12 developed by AMG with an output of around 700 Nm and 1000Nm of torque. But that’s about it! in spite of the car’s massive hype there’s not much official info out yet.
