Imperia Automobiles, an old Belgian automaker, is back on business with this gangsta looking car called simply the Imperia GP. Looks like Wiesmann GT finally has a rival!

While this car looks like a Wiesmann, it is not just as sporty since it’s going to get a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 1.6 liter with output of 210 PS and 250 Nm of torque and an electric motor the delivers 136 PS. So it has a combined output of 346 PS. As you know Wiesmann is available with 500 hp V10 engine (form next year with a 5.5 liter biturbo V8).

The performance is still pretty brisk with zero to 100 km/h in like four seconds. This car is a plug-in hybrid but still the fuel consumption figures they claim are to be honest hard to believe! They say it will average 1.9 liter per 100 km with CO2 emissions of below 50 g/km.

The first examples of the Imperia GP will cost you something in the neighborhood of 120,000 Euro, but next year you can get for like 90,000.
