This is apparently what the Germans think a proper American muscle car should be. The Endora SC-1 based on Chevy Corvette, powered by a V8.

You have to say the design of this thing is actually quite interesting. It is a nice a blend of classic Corvette features with some modern elements like a front splitter or a rear diffuser. It’s even got LED lights front and rear. We are particularly fond of those black things on the sides of the car! Not sure what they’re actually called, but we do like them. We also like the position of the exhausts pipes and the almost horizontal back window.

Since it’s just a design study for now, the technicalities don’t really matter. But the guys who have thought it up say they want to use a 437 hp – 424 lb-ft 6.2 liter V8 for the base model, a 7.0 liter V8 with 512 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque for the mid-range version and a supercharged 6.2 liter with no less than 647 hp and 604 lb-ft for the top of the range SC-1. The car can be had with either a manual or a paddle-operated automatic for the smaller V8.

We really hope they make it. It’s a likeable sportscar.
