Mazda released a new special edition of the MX5, or Roadster as it’s known in the JDM, called Black Tuned.
This is exclusively made for the Japanese market and is based on the model with retractable hardtop. Special features including a Brilliant Black roof and door mirrors, and Gun Metallic 17-inch alloy wheels. Interior quality is also enhanced, with the seats and steering wheel covered in black leather with sand-colored stitching.
There are also three exterior colors to choose from: Spirited Green Metallic and Velocity Red Mica – both exclusive to this model – and Crystal White Pearl Mica.
Engine-wise, the car is powered by the 2.0-liter DOHC engine and has a six-speed manual transmission.
