Peugeot RCZ Brownstone Special Edition

Peugeot RCZ Brownstone 1 at Peugeot RCZ Brownstone Special Edition

The Peugeot RCZ is one of those cars that are perfect for making special editions. It’s trendy, good-looking, sporty and it has a young customer base who would gladly pay a little extra to be different that others. Peugeot however is a bit slow in coming up with new editions. The last special RCZ, the Asphalt, was launched quite a long time ago. Now here’s a new one for Europe, called the Brownstone.

As the name suggests, this RCZ special edition is all about brownness, inside and out! It’s a terrible kind of brown, of course, there’s more of a chocolaty approach here on the exterior, and it’s garnished with blacked-out roof and grilles, and a stripe that runs the length of the car from the front lion badge to the one at the back.

Other exterior features include  Magny Cours 19” alloy wheels and gloss black brake calipers.

Inside the cabin the deepness of the brown is lowered to arrive at a more caramel-like color for the seats, which are upholstered with Cohiba Leather and Alcantara. The usual gloss black dashboard of the RCZ Coupe remains intact.

The RCZ Brownstone is based on a fully-loaded 1.6 THP model, with 156 hp (115 kW) and 243 Nm (180 lb-ft), and exclusive features like WIP Com 3D telematic system, Sport package and dynamic Xenon headlights.

The car –  limited to 150 units – runs for €32 650 apiece.
