The hot new 2013 Honda Accord receives its official price tags, and the lowest number on them is $21,680. That is what you pay for an accord LX sedan powered by a 2.4 liter four-cylinder engine. You can then go up from there, choosing between the new Sport and Touring trim levels, get a V6, even a coupe Acoord. In 2013 you will also be able to order a hybrid one.

2013 Accord gets Honda’s new lineup of Earth Dreams engine. They’re kinda like Mazda’s SKYACTIV, and utilize advanced technologies to lower fuel consumption, without compromising on power. The lineup for Accord includes a 2.4-liter direct-injected VTEC 4-cylinder engine, while a more powerful VTEC V-6 is also offered for selcted sedan models and also the coupe.

Three transmissions are available, including the first-ever application of a continuously variable transmission (CVT) on 2.4-liter 4-cylinder models, a six-speed automatic on V-6 models, and 6-speed manual transmissions on 2.4-liter 4-cylinder models and the 3.5-liter V-6 Coupe.

You will be amazed by the level standard equipments in the new Accord. Even the base model comes with alloy wheels, and standard features now also include a rearview camera, an Expanded View Driver’s Mirror,  BluetoothHandsFreeLink, USB/iPod integration, Pandora internet radio compatibility, SMS text message function, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a 160-watt AM/FM/CD audio system. If you opt for the Sport trim you get 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights,10-way power driver’s seats, a decklid spoiler, dual chrome exhaust finishers, paddle shifters (on CVT models), a stiffer tower strut bar and exclusive suspension and steering tuning.

HondaLink infotainment system is also offered as standard on high-end models.
