In order to put the capabilities of the Panda 4×4 in perspective Fiat came up with a brilliant idea. They have actually built a full-on Panda Monster Truck for this commercial. For its size, the Panda 4×4 does deliver great off-road capability. It is no monster truck, but still, quite brilliant.

The Fiat Panda 4×4 is equipped with a “Torque on demand” transmission system with two differentials and electronically controlled coupling. It also has ESC (Electronic Stability Control) system with ELD (Electronic Locking Differential) function as standard. Two engine versions for the Fiat Panda 4×4 will be available, both with Start&Stop: the new 85 HP 0.9 TwinAir Turbo and the 75 HP 1.3 MultiJet II diesel.
