Toyota, as you may know, is working on an all-new Corolla model based on the Furia concept. But before that car arrives, they have to get rid of all the old Corollas they haven’t sold yet. So they are relying on that old car maker’s motto that says when desperate for sales, release special editions!
So they came up with special versions of both LE and S models with extra equipments and features. The visual features such as new rims are designed to make the car more appealing, but the Corolla is such a bland car, even onboard machine guns can’t make it interesting.
The LE model in this series comes with features including 16-inch alloy wheels, Display Audio with Navigation and Entune (three-year subscription), Power and heated Beige leather-trimmed seats, Special Edition floor mats and exterior badging, and a unique Black Currant Metallic exterior color.
The S model, being kind of sporty and cool, benefits from17-inch alloy wheels, Display Audio with Navigation and Entune, Sport fabric seats coordinated with a unique Hot Lava exterior color, and Special Edition floor mats and exterior badging.
Going on sale in April, both models start from $20,550 plus a $795 destination charge.
