Judging by the cars starring in the Need For Speed movie, it seems that it is going to be much sicker than we thought it would be. A few days ago a McLaren P1 was spotted on the set, and now a fresh set of spyshots reveal even more amazing exotics playing major roles in the movie.

So far the list comprises McLaren P1, Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, Koenigsegg Agera R, Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and the GTA Spano. Mind you, some of these cars are apparently replicas of the real thing. You can see the Agera R in the pictures is basically a kit car with a stunt driver seat mounted on the back. Given the price of these machines, Using the real super cars could have bankrupted Dreamworks!

The Need For Speed movie has a storyline similar to that of the video games, with a street racer constantly running away from the cops. The plot is probably going to be rubbish, and the cast isn’t that brilliant either. We hope that they at least get the chase scenes right.

NFS the movie is set to open on March 14, 2014.
