The wheel industry is booming. High-end rims are the hottest trend in the automotive world these days, and we are even seeing more and more hyper cars getting a special treatment by the biggest names in the business. You sure remember ADV1’s Bugatti Veyron. Now HRE Wheels has gone one, or rather two, better, fitting the new LaFerrari and the McLaren P1 with their most special wheels.

Mind you, it is all virtual. Getting hold of these two hot out of oven hyper cars seems, and is, impossible for now. But thanks to some Photoshop trickery by Jack Darton, the cars not only get new shoes, they are showcased in new and very interesting colors. The white LaFerrari gets a set of Satin Black HRE S101, while the P1 is shown with both HRE S101 and S107s.

As you know, car makers spend a great deal of time and money developing the standard wheel/tire combo for their hyper cars. So the effect of aftermarket setups on the performance of these exquisite machines sounds like an interesting debate car junkies can have in forums and what have you!
