Following their free lifetime warranty, Vauxhall has come up with a new trick to attract buyers to their cars. In this new effort Vauxhall offers free fuel on a number of new models. Sounds amazing, but like that lifetime warranty incentive, there is a catch.

The offer is for £500 worth of free fuel. To convert that into a sort of big, attractive number, Vauxhall points out in the press release that 500 quid worth of fuel equals to 4,600 miles in a Vauxhall Adam. Obviously, in cars with larger engines the distance you can cover with that fuel is considerably less.

Still, it is not a bad offer, and you can get it is available on a wide range of Vauxhall cars sold during the event weekend, including the new Insignia, the funky ADAM and the full-size Cascada convertible.

So if you want to buy a Vauxhall, this weekend is definitely the best time ever to do it. In addition to the free fuel, new car customers can also receive a discount of 20 per cent off genuine Vauxhall accessories, as well as taking advantage of Vauxhall’s innovative 0 per cent APR Flexible Finance scheme. Mind you, financed Adams won’t get some of the incentives other cars are eligible for, such as the one year’s free insurance.
