Mazda is treating its Australian customer with a special version of the new Mazda3, which is one of the most popular cars in the country, and indeed anywhere where it’s on sale. The treatment is a sports package called Kuroi (Japanese for Black), and it adds lots of desirable goodies to the car.

2014 Mazda3 Kuroi features, on the outside, black mirror caps, rear lip spoiler, side skirts and front lip spoiler. The new 18-inch wheels are also finished in black, making a nice contrast with the white color of the body in this case.

The Mazda3 Kuroi can also be ordered in Deep Crystal Blue Mica, Titanium Flash Mica, Blue Reflex and Soul Red.

The package also includes head-up Active Driving Display and full features of the MZD Connect system. This is the first time ever the Mazda3 is getting an extra package, and at $2,678 AUD it represents good value, given the kit you get.
