Chevrolet unveiled a new concept model they have designed specifically for the Asian market at the Delhi Auto Expo in India. It is called the Adra, and like just about every other concept car at the show, it’s a compact crossover with funky appearances.
Built on General Motors’ global small-vehicle platform and designed completely by Indian designers at their Indian HQ in Bangalore, Chevrolet Adra Concept will rival the likes of Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster in the global markets such as India, Thailand and Brazil.
Chevrolet has not yet revealed any details about the technicalities of the Adra Concept, and that could be because it is just a design study for now. But informed people at the Delhi Auto Expo suggest a production version of the Adra could use the 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engine Chevrolet currently uses in their other global models like Sail and Enjoy.
