The market for small estate cars is heating up in UK and Europe amid the arrival brand-new models, like the Peugeot 308 SW. The car is now available to order in the UK, with first customer deliveries starting from 19^th June. Prices for the 308 SW start at £16,895.

As a larger, more practical version of the 308 Hatchback, the 2014 ‘European car of the Year’, the 308 SW features a 660-litre boot, expandable to 1,660 liters with the rear seats folded.

The standard equipment of the Peugeot 308 SW is not very impressive. The list includes mono-zone air conditioning, Electric ‘one touch’ front windows, remote controlled central locking and cruise control with speed limiter.

But move up one level to the Active version, and you get Dual zone air conditioning, electric handbrake, rear parking sensors and leather steering wheel, plus a 9.7-inch infotainment with satellite navigation and USB. If you are into lights, then get the Allure version as it comes with front fog lights and Full LED headlamps with fully integrated LED daytime running lights.

The range-topping Feline offers goodies like 18-inch wheels, Alcantara trimmed sports seats, keyeless go, Dynamic Cruise Control, Emergency Collision Alert and Emergency Collision Braking System.

Peugeot 308 SW will be available with four petrol and five HDi diesel engines. Details, plus pricing for each model, are listed below:
