These days at the Beijing Auto Show car makers are revealing their China-exclusive models to try and win a bigger of share of this absolutely huge market. This is what Honda has come up with, a sporty and affordable five-door hatchback previewed here in form of the Honda Concept B.
Honda Concept B is a value-for-money family hatchback that mixes practicality and economy with a healthy dose of cool. It is aimed at China’s younger generation who make up the bulk of car buyers over there. Good news is, they are easily pleased.
Still, Honda Concept B appears to be a fine product just from the way it looks. Apart from a dynamic profile, the car features Honda’s latest design details including headlight and front grille arrangement which gives the car a passing resemblance to the new Honda NSX super car.
A production version of Honda Concept B is currently in development and should be ready for a 2016 launch. As for the technicalities like engine and transmission, it hasn’t got those yet.
