Photos of three Chevrolet Camaro prototypes, reportedly taken at the GM Renaissance Center in Detroit, have surfaced on the web. As to what they might be, nothing has been confirmed, but the latest reports suggest they are designed and built for a reality TV show called Motor City Masters.

It must be quite a show, as these Camaro Concepts appear to be on the par with those of the Transformers movies. They feature massive body kits and bespoke styling details, as well as unique paint jobs.

Earlier reports said these cars are prototypes of the 2016 Camaro, which is not likely, given the fact that they are just highly modified versions of the existing model. The red one looks like a stock Camaro SS, while the orange version is a pseudo-bumblebee. There is also a two-tone white and blue Camaro which is the sportiest of the lot.

The show is said to feature at least six Camaro Concepts, so there is three more yet to be discovered. GM may or may not bring them to the upcoming New York Auto Show. We’ll keep you posted.
