Peugeot UK announced the launch of a new special edition version of the RCX sports coupe in the British market. Called the Red Carbon, this RCZ is available with three different engines and sets itself apart with unique interior and exterior appointments. Only 300 will be made.
Each of the 300 Peugeot RCZ Red Carbon editions will come with the ‘Vision Pack’ as standard, boasting Xenon, directional and self-levelling headlamps, 19” Solstice alloy wheels in onyx black matt paintwork finish, and metallic paintwork in either Moroccan Red or Nera Black.
On top of this the car also features the ‘Black Pack’ which adds matt black roof arches, brilliant black front grill, door mirror covers and brake calipers.
Inside the cabin Peugeot RCZ Red Carbon features ‘Red Carbon’ black style sports front seats trimmed in ‘Simple Leather’ feature red stitching, as do the ‘Red Carbon’ style dashboard, sports steering wheel and short shift gear lever. It comes as standard with Connect Navigation (RT6), Audio, CD and satellite navigation system, USB and Bluetooth.
You can order the RCZ Red Carbon with the 1.6-litre THP 156 petrol (£26,000), the 1.6-litre THP 200 petrol (£28,400), or the 2.0-litre HDi 163 diesel (£27,850).
