There is a lot to hate about the Bentley Continental GT3-R, to be honest. For starters, it looks stupid and ugly, what with those nostrils and boy racer rear spoiler. What’s more, it stumps on all traditional Bentley qualities in pursuit of speed. But, these guys know how to fool us!
Bentley has just released this short promo video for the GT3-R, which is basically a montage of some of the action their cars got at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. And it is so awesome that you just can’t stay mad at them after watching it.
Bentley Continental GT3-R is a road-going version of the GT3 race car, powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 developing 580 PS (572 bhp / 426 kW) and 700 Nm of torque. The car is 100 kg lighter than the nrmal V8 model, and comes with a bespoke aero kit. As a result, the GT3-R is capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.6 seconds. Production is limited to 300 units.
