Most Ferrari 458 Speciale customers buy this more expensive version not because they particularly appreciate the performance, but because they like the stripe that comes with the car! That’s a fact. The owner of this Speciale, though, is not like most.
He’s specced up an absolutely unique Speciale without the stripe, finished in Grigio Medio with gunmetal grey wheels and lots of optional carbon parts. The smiley face and the red lights seem like an afterthought, though!
This Ferrari 458 Speciale is not just about the unique looks. The car also features a custom valvetronic exhaust system by Carlifting. The difference in soundtrack in normal and open-valve mode is staggering.
Not sure if this system enhances the performance of the engine as well, but it’s not like the Speciale lacks in terms of power. The supercar is powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine tuned to make just over 600 horsepower. It also features a bespoke traction control system featuring a unique slide control system that allows the driver to pull off perfect drifts.
