One of the many different custom Camaros on display at this year’s SEMA show is going to be a special edition made by GM themselves. It is called the 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition, and it commemorates the outstanding success of 5th-gen camaro.
This car also marks the final year of production for this version of the muscle car. Next year Chevy will release an all-new Camaro, which based on what we have heard so far is not going to be that different from the existing model. Chevy obviously wants to stick with their winning formula.
As for what sets the 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition apart from standard models, the main highlights on the outside include a front splitter, a ZL1 rear spoiler, 20-inch wheels, and unique stripes and emblems. You also get special colors with contrasting stripes.
Inside the cabin, the Camaro Commemo features a two-tone upholstery with black and Adrenaline Red, flat-bottom steering wheel and Commemorative Edition sill plates. Red inserts are found all over the cabin, including dashboard and door cards, garnished with contrast stitching.
2015 Camaro Commemorative edition will be available as both coupe and convertible, and in 2LT and 2SS trim levels.
