Following the success launch of the standard 500-hp Beast, which has already found some celebrity fans, Rezvani Motors now reveals a less powerful, more hard-core version. Dubbed Rezvani Beast Speedster, this model is a ‘Lite’ version of the Beast for those who need the sheer performance of the full-fat version.
Rezvani Beast Speedster is powered by the same K24 DOHC 2.4L Rotrex Supercharged engine as the normal model, but here it develops 300 hp and 225 ft.lbs of Torque. That is considerably less oomph, but don’t think that makes the Speedster a slouch.
Boasting a 6-speed close ratio manual gearbox with Limited Slip Differential and a lightweight carbon fiber body, Rezvani Beast Speedster has a 0 to 60 mph time of 3.5 seconds. Granted, that is not as impressive of a number of the normal Beast’s 2.7 seconds, but then neither is the Speedster’s price tag, which is $139,000 against the Beast’s $159,000.
Other highlights of the Speedster include a Carbon Steel (Chromoly Steel) chassis, Alcon 4 Piston Competition brake system with racing pads, independent forged aluminum suspension with anti-roll bars featuring Bilstein 10 way high performance adjustable dampers, and 19-inch wheels 235/35/19 Toyo Proxes R888 tires up front and 295/30/19 out back.
