Britain is sports car country, what with all those twisty B-roads they have over there. Now Mazda is treating sports car fans in that country with a limited edition version of the new MX-5, called Mazda MX-5 Sport Recaro, which comes with styling enhancements and extra equipment.

If we cut to the chase here, Mazda MX-5 Sport Recaro limited edition of which only 600 units will be sold in the United Kingdom comes with a Brilliant Black Sports Aero kit which includes a rear spoiler, plus front, side and rear skirts. These bits are complemented with Piano Black door mirrors and 17-inch Diamond Cut alloy wheels with an engraved MX-5 logo

As for the interior and equipment level, the Recaro MX-5 features Alcantara dashboard panel, alloy pedals and unique floor mats and, of course, a pair of Recaro seats with Alcantara upholstery on the seat cushion and seat back plus red seat piping and stitching.

Mazda MX-5 Sport Recaro is based on 2.0-litre Sport Nav with a 160 horsepower engine and boasts as standard kit LED headlights, a leather steering wheel, climate control air-conditioning, DAB radio, Navigation with updated maps, Bluetooth, rain sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, smart keyless entry, a premium Bose sound system and cruise control, plus Mazda’s MZD-Connect connectivity and infotainment system. The on-the-road price for this car is £24,295.
