Renault announced today the debut of a new estate version of the Megane set for debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. To be launched in Tourer GT form, the new Renault Megane Sport Tourer blends dynamism with practicality and style.

Mind you, it’s Megane’s interpretation of style which has always been unique and never a subject of unanimous applause. But if you like this uniqueness, you’re going to find the 2017 Renault Megane Sport Tourer rather charming.

Among the highlights of the car’s design lending it a more dynamic look we can mention the chrome trim around the side windows and C-pillar, matte-finish anodised aluminium roof bars, a chromed exhaust tail pipe and a sculpted diffuser, and of course the signature C-shaped head lights.

As for the technology features, Renault Megane Sport Tourer comes with the firm’s 4CONTROL system tailored for the tourer, which according to Renault reuslts in “precise, dynamic handling on twisty roads and generates genuine driving pleasure.” Details of the powertrain and equipment level will be announced closer to launch later this year.
