Yes, we too thought Chrysler 300S was dead and gone on account of not hearing anything about it at all this past year. But the car’s still alive and kicking, and Chrysler has come up with new Sport Appearance Packages to make it more interesting.
The thing is though, Chrysler 300S has always been interesting. It is the most gansgta sedan you can buy. The 300’s problem is that it’s not a very good product, totally crushed by it’s German, Japanese, and even Korean rivals in pretty much every category, except for gangsta-ness, of course!
At any rate, the 2017 Chrysler 300S Sport Appearance Package, unveiled at the New York Auto Show, comes with revised front fascia with larger air intakes and integrated LEDs, Gloss Black headlamps and dimensional grille, 20-inch (19-inch with AWD) wheels, deck-lid spoiler and dual exhausts. Inside the cabin the main highlights include premium perforated leather performance seats with high-bolstered contours in suede with heating and cooling feature. The Sport kit is standard on V8 models and optional with the V6.
2017 Chrysler 300S also gets new upgrades throughout the range, such as Piano Black interior trim appointments on the instrument panel, door panel and instrument cluster bezels, Light Gray Diesel colored accent stitching, and exclusive new colors. Just to recap, the V8 model features a 363 hp HEMI engine and the V6 boasts a 300 hp Pentastar unit.
