Only with a car like the Corvette Z06 Convertible you can have two top-shelf tuners involved and not a single mod, because the thing is just perfect the way it is. This American bad boy right here was imported by GeigerCars of Germany and is now in possession of Cartech in Switzerland.
Now, there are a number of things that can happen to this Corvette Z06 Convertible at this point. GeigerCars themselves might set about upgrading it which, on the evidence of what we’ve seen here and here and here, is a very good thing indeed. Or Cartech might decided to tackle it themselves and equip the beast with a few accessories and aftermarket parts.
If we owned this car, though, we’d leave it in standard guise because Corvette Z06 Convertible is already all one can wish for in a sports car. It has an LT4 supercharged 6.2L V-8 engine with – as a center console plaque proudly proclaims – 659 horsepower and 881 Nm of torque, it’s got a convertible top, it has a ton of carbon fiber inside and out, and it is dressed fully in black, including wheels and aero parts. What more could you possibly want? Leather? It has some. Connectivity? Yep, 4G stuff. Traction control? You have five settings. I’m telling you, this thing’s perfecto.
