Rain Prisk is a designer with a lot of wonderfully crazy ideas, and an uncanny ability to turn everything into a shooting brake. Over the past few weeks we’ve seen him give the treatment to the likes of BMW i8, Mercedes AMG GT, and McLaren 570S. So it’s about time he gave us a Lexus LFA Shooting Brake!

What Prisk has achieved here with this Lexus LFA Shooting Brake is what we like to call the ultimate lifestyle vehicle. Granted, it is a bit too low to the ground to be practical for that purposes, but apart from that, the new fenders and bumpers, the roof box, and of course, the shooting brake rear end, they all make this LFA perfect for high-end ski trips and stuff like that.

There is only one problem with this idea, and that is the fact that unlike the Ferrari FF which is the current king of high-end lifestyle vehicle, Lexus LFA is a rear-wheel-drive, carbon fiber super car with a V10 engine and such delicate drivetrain you wouldn’t dare drive it too hard on smooth tarmac, let alone on snow and ice and rough terrain. Still, as something cool and pretty to look at and enjoy its aesthetics, Prisk’s Lexus LFA Shooting Brake gets a solid 10 out of 10 from us.
